No garden? No worries! Indoor edible plants

Here are some ideas for growing edible plants indoors. Mushroom kits are great and cost about $20. Mine is in the laundry and the mushrooms taste great. You can also grow alfalfa or cress in your kitchen. My son's kindy grew cress in plastic yoghurt containers with cotton wool. It now sits on my kitchen bench ready to use.
